Settings: Per-User Timezones & Custom Time-Frame Filters

Business Problem
Teams working fixed shifts (e.g., 23:00–07:00) face inaccurate reporting when daylight saving time (DST) changes occur. A single shift gets split across two calendar days, distorting KPIs.
A workspace-wide timezone also doesn’t work for multi-region teams where managers need reports aligned to their local timezone.
Desired Outcome
Provide more flexible timezone controls in reporting so data remains accurate across shifts, regions, and DST changes. This can be achieved through either:
- Per-user (or per-role) timezone settings: Dashboards and reports adapt to the user’s selected timezone.
- Report-level timezone and custom time-window filters: Ability to choose a timezone and define a reporting window (e.g., 23:00–07:00 as one day).
Why It Matters
Ensures accurate shift KPIs, reduces manual corrections, and supports teams operating across different regions and time zones.
