It would be very useful to have the option for each agent or user to create and save their own customized templates. Not only would this facilitate more agile attention, but it would also allow us to maintain the personal style and tone that each one provides in their answers.

In addition, having the ability to save key or frequent messages would help us to respond more efficiently, without neglecting the quality and warmth of customer service.
