Business Problem:
When exporting Contacts (via the Contacts module or Workspace Settings → Data Export), there is no column reflecting when a Contact last read an outgoing message.
  • This data exists today at the message level inside Reports → Messages → Outgoing Message List ("Read Timestamp"), but it is not surfaced in any bulk, contact-level export.
  • Teams doing offline engagement analysis, re-engagement segmentation, or data reconciliation must manually cross-reference the Messages export with the Contacts export, message by message — which is impractical at scale.
Desired Outcome:
Add a new column to the Contacts export — e.g., Last Message Read At — reflecting the most recent read timestamp across a Contact's outgoing messages. Align this addition across both the Contacts module export and the Enterprise Data Export tool so they don't drift out of sync.
