Our long-awaited AI Assist is finally here 🪄. This marks the release of the second version of Respond AI, which includes these exciting features:
- Add Knowledge Sources: Add supporting content, such as PDF files or websites, which will serve as knowledge sources to generate responses to queries.
- Generate response: Clicking on "AI Assist" will instantly generate a response for one or multiple incoming contact queries.
