Some users do not prefer to use the live chat (website chat) widget on their website because they want to get the contacts (e.g. WhatsApp number) of the website visitors instead of chatting with them via a live chat.
So it would be good if we can add a chat widget of a particular channel (e.g. WhatsApp) on the website to allow the website visitors to connect with us through that particular channel.

You can add a messaging widget on your website now 🎉
In Settings > Workspace Settings > Growth Widgets, click the Add Widget button to create and configure your widget. It allows you to create and manage messaging widgets on your website so visitors can connect with you on their favorite messaging apps.

it will be great to get the url history with the request like on the web chat and also have ability to add attachment to the form. or even adding google drive upload field: https://developers.google.com/drive/api/guides/manage-uploads
