This is a very important feature for us as we usually continue our sales funnel by email. Without being able to send chat transcripts to email, we have no way of getting chat transcripts out of Respond.io. Please look at this feature as a matter of urgency. Thank you!

We need this feature for the webchat. If not, the client loses the conversation if they change/erase the browser cookies/cache (for example when switching from one device to another)

Hello. When the correspondence is finished, the system should send an automatic e-mail to both the customer and the agent. In addition, while the correspondence is in progress, the agent should be able to send the entire correspondence to himself as an e-mail whenever he wants. It should be able to do this on all channels.

When we reply to visitors and they are not with the chat box anymore can you send an email that we have replied back to them?
