Proposed Solution(s):
Solution 1: Trigger > Conversation Opened > Zapier/Make updates information in the relevant row in PostgreSQL. The URL on the row in PostgreSQL can be clicked to open the conversation.
Solution 2: Trigger > Conversation Opened > HTTP Request: POST (using their CRM URL) the contact ID is automatically appended to the ContactID variable in the conversation URL (Example: https://app.respond.io/space/{{spaceID}}/message/{{ContactID}). The URL can be clicked to open the conversation from the user's CRM.
