Business Problem: The business wants to integrate contacts from various platforms, including HubSpot, TikTok, and Shopify. They then want to send a follow-up message to qualify the lead. If the lead does not respond to the initial message, the business wants to wait for a specified time before sending a second message. Additionally, they want to route the lead based on the selected quick reply.
Pain Point: Business is finding it difficult to automate the process of adding leads (from various platforms), messaging them using templates, waiting for a response, following up, and routing based on their choices.

Proposed Solution:
- Lead from HubSpot, TikTok lead form, Shopify order etc. with Zapier or Make is created or updated on the platform.
- Make an HTTP request call to trigger the incoming webhook Workflow.
- Send the template message to the lead and set the exiting condition to when an incoming message is received.
- Using Wait step, wait for X hour(s). If the lead does not respond, send another follow-up message. Close the conversation.
- When the lead responds, trigger conversation open and route based on the selected quick reply, else route to a the different journey or qualify the lead.
Side note: If the template message fails, suggest enabling the advanced setting (failure branch) to manage the route.
