Hunting for a conversation used to mean going to the right module first, then searching — and if you needed to find someone by company name or ID, building a segment or an advanced filter. Not anymore.
What's new:
- Search from any page— PressCmd+Kon Mac orCtrl+Kon Windows to open the command palette from anywhere on the platform, then start typing to search by name, email, phone number or contact ID.
- Or search any field you've set up— Typeconversation@, pick a contact field, and find everyone whose field contains what you type. Company name, account number, whatever you store. No segment or advanced filter required.
- Act without switching context— In the Inbox, assign, snooze, close, update the lifecycle stage or copy a Contact ID directly from the palette.
You can also jump to any page you have access to without touching the navigation bar.
Note:
Keyboard shortcuts and search prefixes stay in English regardless of your workspace language.Less hunting, more responding. 🎉
