Copilot can now do more than answer questions and build AI Agents. Ask it in plain language to update a Contact, assign a conversation or create a Contact field, and Copilot takes care of it.
What’s new
- Contacts:Look up, create, update or merge Contacts, and manage their tags and Lifecycle stages.
- Messaging:Send messages and templates, and check message history and delivery status.
- Conversations:Assign, open or close conversations, and add internal comments.
- Workspace settings:View team members, teams and Channels, and create Contact fields and tags.
- Workflows:View your Workflows and their status.
Copilot asks for your approval before it changes anything, and it can only do what your role and permissions allow. As we add new actions to the respond.io MCP server, Copilot can use them too.
