— Contacts can now see when an agent is typing on supported channels (WhatsApp, TikTok Messaging, Telegram).👀
User-facing indicators
— Agents can see when their teammates are typing a reply to the same Contact across all channels.Why you’ll love it:
- Reassures Contacts that a reply is coming, keeping them engaged
- Helps teams avoid duplicate replies and save time
- Creates a smoother, more transparent inbox experience
