Your browser tabs now tell you what's waiting before you click in. The title shows the unread count, Contact name, and Workspace for the conversation open in that tab, updating in real time as messages arrive.
Each Workspace also shows a colored dot on the tab:
- 🔴 solid when something's assigned to you
- ⭕ hollow for unread activity that isn't yours.
Incoming calls flash the tab title too — hard to miss even on a muted or unfocused tab.
