Respond.io now keeps you Online for as long as your tab stays open and connected. You're only marked Offline when the connection actually drops — tab closed, device asleep, or connection lost.
This means your team's status reflects who's actually around. Incoming conversations get routed to someone available to pick them up.
Note: Existing inactivity timeout settings still apply. No action is required on your end.
