What this means for you
Most Channels will be updated automatically—no action needed. However, the following Channels require a one-time manual update:
- WhatsApp Cloud API
- MessageBird SMS
- Vonage SMS
- Custom Channel (Webhook)
- Custom Channel (SMS)
To update, go to your Channel settings and copy the updated webhook URL ( and update the webhook endpoint in your Channel provider platform.
