- Business-initiated WhatsApp calls are not available to numbers from the U.S., Nigeria, Canada, Vietnam, and Turkey. Businesses in these countries can still receive incoming calls.
- WhatsApp Calling (both inbound and outbound) is not available to numbers in sanctioned or non-operational regions including China, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Cuba, Iran, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.
