Business problem:
The current objective "collect information" is not enough for our business purposes. We have an insurance agency and we work with business insurance, car insurance, homeowners insurance and out clientele speaks different languages, so the AI features were great because it can detect the language automatically, however, when collecting the information I cant collect information based in the insurance needs.
Desired outcome:
We would like to collect information based in the type of insurance / context. Maybe we could have access to a field that we could describe the variables we need in what format and context

For example, if I want to understand the customer message's language automatically, without asking as I have already what I need (the customer first message), this is the reply from the Agent Builder.
In a workflow, would be very useful to send the message in the customer's language, automatically, and update the relative contact field. So the next step could be send a message based on the contact field language, or even better let the agent translate the main message in the customer's language.

Isaac Meneses Hi Isaac, the current AI objective for Collect Information can have the variables defined. And if the contact provided data that is not following the variable, the AI will reconfirm with the contact.
For example, if AI is collecting number-type variable, and the contact provided data that is not text-type, AI will ask the contact to provide number-type.
