- Generate and send variations of ‘I cannot answer with the provided context’.
- Let the model determine what to say in response to the user.
Platform limitation
- The AI Agent sends "I cannot find the answer in the provided context" when it fails to find an answer. Sending the same fallback message does not tend to provide an optimal conversational experience.

Previously, the AI Agent frequently defaulted to the fallback message; "I cannot find the answer in the provided context." Now, the AI Agent will prioritize seeking clarification on the question or try getting more context. The fallback message will only be used after attempting to clarify the contact's inquiries but the AI Agent remains unable to answer.
