Business Problem:
Currently, each workspace can only create up to
20 AI Agents
, which can cause operational and performance issues:- Hard for Owners and Managers to craft clear, well-structured prompts when different use cases have to be squeezed into fewer Agents.
- Forces long, mixed instructions into single agents, reducing accuracy and increasing irrelevant or off-scope replies.
- Combining multiple contexts in one agent makes it harder for the AI to follow guidance consistently and deliver reliable results.
Desired Outcome:
- Increase the limit and allow workspaces to create more than 20 AI Agentsto enable better specialization, clearer context separation, and improved response accuracy.
