Business Problem
AI Assist is helpful for generating draft replies that agents can review and edit before sending. However, the drafts are currently generated using a generic context, which often results in responses that don’t fully match a business’s tone, rules, or knowledge.
Many teams already invest time configuring custom AI Agent instructions (prompt, behavior guidelines, and knowledge sources), but those configurations cannot be reused when generating AI Assist drafts.
Desired Outcome
Allow users to select a set of custom AI instructions (e.g. from existing AI Agents or predefined instruction templates) when using AI Assist to generate a draft message.
