Currently, AI Assist is only able to process and respond to text-based inputs. When contacts send images (e.g., photos of products, documents, receipts, or faulty devices), AI Assist cannot interpret or respond to queries related to the visual content. This creates friction for businesses that rely on visual information from customers to provide support, troubleshoot issues, or confirm product details.

Enable AI Assist to analyze and understand images sent by contacts, and generate responses based on the visual content alongside available knowledge sources.
