Problem:
Currently, there is no warning or notification when AI Credits are about to run out. I only find out once my credits are completely exhausted — which causes serious issues. For example, I suddenly had multiple conversations stuck and workflows paralyzed, forcing me to urgently rebuild processes while my customers were left waiting for responses.
Proposed Solution:
Implement a notification system that alerts users in advance when AI Credits are running low (e.g., at 75%, 90%, and 100%). This could be done via:
  • Email notification
  • In-app banner/alert
Benefits:
  • Prevents unexpected workflow failures.
  • Gives teams time to adjust or top up before operations are impacted.
  • Improves reliability and trust in the platform for customer-facing processes.
