AI: Translate outgoing messages

Business problem:
Right now, we allow users to translate incoming messages with a click of a button. This allow users to support Contacts who converse in another language that the user does not specialise in. When the user needs to reply in the respective language, the user can use AI prompts to translate their messages before sending to the Contact. However,
after
sending the message, there's no way to easily translate the outgoing message back to the language that the user can understand. Desired outcome:
Allow users to translate outgoing messages in the platform as well, just like how users choose to translate incoming messages in the chat window.

Business Problem:
Agents currently have no way to automatically translate the messages they type before sending, which makes it hard to support customers who speak a different language than the agent — especially for teams without bilingual staff for every language.
Desired Outcome:
Automatically translate each outgoing message into the Contact's preferred/detected language before it's sent, so agents can type in their own language and the Contact receives it in theirs.

This feature is important. We have a team that speaks in chinese with chinese customers, but when they are on a break, the spanish team is not able to understand the outgoing messages that the chinese team sent before
