Allow contact IDs to be more than 50 characters for custom channel [Preparing for whatsapp BSUID rollout]

To successfully integrate an upcoming WhatsApp change that replaces phone numbers with BSUIDs, we urgently need the customId field on Respond.io’s custom channel to support at least 150 characters (matching the maximum limit for Twilio and WhatsApp).
For context, migrating our WhatsApp number directly to Respond.io is not an option for us, as we must maintain agent calls on both WhatsApp and direct lines via Twilio. Therefore, being able to pass the new WhatsApp BSUIDs seamlessly as a contactId is absolutely critical to our operations.
As a customer of one year who recently powered one of the world's largest events using your integration, we rely heavily on Respond.io. We would greatly appreciate it if this change could be expedited and implemented as soon as possible.
