Workaround:
Mark contacts as spam and filter the spam contacts in your Inbound Conversations Workflow.

I will upvote to add this "Block Feature." Hopefully, it wll have been added soon. Most of our clients are good, but sometimes, we meet some spamers. Please make sure only Manager or few authorized persons can use the feature because some staffs will take the advantage on that feature. Thanks.
