Bring back the “scroll to bottom” button in long chats

In long conversations, there used to be a “scroll to bottom” arrow to quickly jump to the latest message. It’s no longer visible in the new UI. We’d like this button back (or something similar) to make navigation to the latest message faster and easier for agents.
