Business Problem:
Currently, when sending a broadcast via WhatsApp, there is no automated detection of whether a contact is within the 24-hour customer service window. This results in unnecessary costs when a business unintentionally sends a template message to a contact who could have received a free-form message instead. Without this detection, businesses may overspend on unnecessary template messages.
Desired Outcome:
Enable the broadcast feature to automatically detect whether a contact is within the 24-hour messaging window before sending a message. Based on this detection:

Currently, users must manually segment contacts based on their last interaction before sending broadcasts.
