Business Problem
While it is now possible to review Segment conditions before sending a broadcast, users still cannot see the actual list of contacts included in the selected segment at the point of sending.
This creates risk in high-impact broadcasts, where even correctly defined conditions may still include unexpected or unintended contacts (e.g. due to outdated tags, lifecycle changes, or complex filters).
Current Limitation
Users can:
  • Review and edit segment conditions
  • See the total number of contacts in the segment
Users cannot:
  • View which specific contacts will receive the broadcast without navigating back to the Contacts module
  • This extra step increases friction and has already resulted in broadcasts being sent to the wrong audience.
Desired Outcome
Allow users to preview the actual contacts included in the selected segment directly within the Broadcast flow, before sending.
