Companies would like to be able to fulfill the Meeting/Appointment booking business problem.
There are several components to this problem:
  1. Enabling contacts to easily schedule a meeting or appointment when they request to do so via chat
  2. Enabling businesses to manage availability, meeting durations & other settings associated with making appointments
  3. Sending appointment confirmation or reminders to contacts via chat when meetings are coming up
  4. Enabling contacts to reschedule the appointment when requested to do so via chat

You may consider using a third-party application that is specialized in appointment scheduling such as Calendly and sending the link to contacts for booking purposes.
