Calls: Include call activities in Webhooks & API

Business problem:
As a user, I want access to call data (e.g., call recordings, transcripts) via webhooks and APIs so that I can integrate call insights into my own tools and workflows for further analysis or reporting.
Desired outcome:
Webhooks and APIs that provide access to:
- Call metadata (e.g., call direction, duration, agent)
- Call recordings (URL or file)
- Call transcripts
Ability to forward this data to external systems for processing (e.g., sentiment analysis, AI summary, storage)
Use cases:
- A business sends call recordings and transcripts to an external system for AI-driven insights
- Businesses with their own analytics or CRM tools want to sync call data for unified reporting
- A support team sends call transcripts to a helpdesk system for better ticket context
Current workaround:
Not available - call data is not currently available via webhook or API
