Business Problem:
The current one-line text field for custom contact fields is limiting for users who need to store detailed notes or historical information about a customer.
Desired Outcome:
- Feature: Implement a multi-line text box for custom contact fields.
- Use Case: This feature will be useful as a "Notes" field, allowing users to take detailed notes on a customer's history.
- Additional Feature: Include a notes field that is pinned to the top of every conversation for quick and easy access.
Current Workaround:
Users currently use one-line text fields or external tools to manage detailed notes.
