Contact: Multiple Lines Text Box for Custom Contact Fields

Business Problem:
The current one-line text field for custom contact fields is limiting for users who need to store detailed notes or historical information about a customer.
Desired Outcome:
- Feature: Implement a multi-line text box for custom contact fields.
- Use Case: This feature will be useful as a "Notes" field, allowing users to take detailed notes on a customer's history.
- Additional Feature: Include a notes field that is pinned to the top of every conversation for quick and easy access.
Current Workaround:
Users currently use one-line text fields or external tools to manage detailed notes.

Long Notes field in Contact Details sidebar

It would be very helpful to support a long text contact field that can be displayed directly within the Contact Details sidebar.
At the moment, contact fields are only suited to short pieces of information which are a few words. Having a dedicated Notes field that supports longer, free-form text—and displays the full content in the sidebar without needing to open another view—would make it much easier to keep important customer context readily visible while working.

We are currently using Contact Fields for customer management, but we are facing some operational inconvenience because we can't seem to add line breaks within the fields.
Could you let me know if there is any way or workaround to apply line breaks (like pressing Enter) inside a Contact Field?
