There's no straightforward and intuitive method to assign contacts to users. 
Desired outcome:
The ability to bulk assign contacts.

Yes please, I think alot of company have a same problem when the employee resign they must assign in bulk to new employee

* I know you have feature to assign chat to other employee when delete the user. But most of company will delete the user first & the new employee join later.
