Contacts: Assign Lifecycle stages in bulk

Business Problem:
Manually updating lifecycle stages for a large number of contacts is inefficient and time-consuming when you have many contacts.
Desired Outcome:
The ability to bulk edit the lifecycle field in contacts module.
Use Cases:
- Moving actual customer data into appropriate lifecycle stages.
Workaround:
Use the Import Contact feature to update the lifecycle stages.

We would like a way to update the Lifecycle stage and Assignee for many contacts at once directly from the Contacts page.
Right now, if we want to:
- Unassign or reassign a large list of contacts, or
- Move many contacts to a different Lifecycle stage
we have to rely on Workflows or handle them one by one, which is very time‑consuming when there are tens of thousands of contacts.
Requested improvement
On the Contacts page, after selecting multiple contacts (including “Select all in this view”), please add bulk actions such as:
- Change Assignee (assign to user/team or unassign)
- Change Lifecycle Stage
This would make it much easier to clean up and manage large volumes of contacts.

Hi Work888 sangboon - thanks for sharing this request. We understand how challenging it can be to manage large volumes of contacts without bulk actions. At the moment, the available workaround is to update contacts in bulk via CSV import. Read more here.
