The current workaround:

I'm not sure if this request considers whatsapp messages. My main problem is that I loose all the tracking info when they click the whatsapp button and jump to Whatsapp App.
By using your widgets in my website, would it be possible to automatically identify users using the time of the "whatsapp button click" event?
