Developer API: Get user status (Online, Busy, Offline)
Carlos Gómez
I'm creating a service to automatically send After-Hours messages. But it would be great if my agent is already offline or set as busy.
I need to create this service with the triggers and conditionals provided by the platform, as it's not possible to send absence message outside working hours :)

Feature Request – API to Fetch User Availability Status
Naveen Rawat
Hi respond.io team,
We'd like to request an API endpoint (and ideally a webhook event) that returns a user's activity status, i.e. Online, Offline, or Busy.
Use case: This would let us build smarter routing and assignment logic, monitor agent availability in real time, and sync status with our internal dashboards and workflows.
Suggested capabilities:
- GET endpoint to fetch the current status of a single user or all users in a workspace
- Webhook event triggered when a user's status changes
This would be a big help for our team. Please let us know if this is on the roadmap or if there's an existing workaround.
Thanks!

Real-time Agent Availability Tracking via API/Webhooks

Numan Suliman
Hello Respond.io Support Team,
I am currently integrating Respond.io with my internal dashboard (ASP.NET). I would like to know if there is a way to track the Online/Offline status of our users (agents) in real-time.
Is there a specific Webhook that triggers when a user changes their status to Online or Offline?
If not, is there a recommended API endpoint to fetch the current availability status of all users?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Numan

Expose respond.io user presence/status (active, occupied, inactive) in the Users API schema.
Diego Solari
As a Webhooks user, I would like to trigger certain internal processes while having knowledge of which of my respond.io users are active and which are not, so I can assign certain conversations to only users that are active.
