Developer API: Increase Character Limits for Send Message Action

Business problem:
- As a user, I want to use respond.io SMS developer API to send messages up to 1600 characters from other platforms, so that I can have more seamless workflows without needing to switch platforms.
Desired outcome:
- Enable 1600-character SMS via developer API
- Maintain message integrity across platforms
Use Cases:
- CRM-triggered long SMS messages
- Third-party marketing platform message delivery
The current workaround:
- Users manually split messages due to character limits (eg. Twilio - 320 Characters)
