Business Problem:
Customers integrating respond.io with platforms such as Make, Jubelio, or ERP systems often struggle with testing and referencing multiple API endpoints—particularly when working with bundled data. The lack of an official Postman API collection makes it more time-consuming to test and implement integrations, increasing the risk of errors and inconsistencies.
Desired Outcome:
Provide a downloadable Postman API collection that includes:
- All core API endpoints organized by category
- Bundled endpoint examples (e.g., create contact + tag, send message + workflow trigger)
- Pre-configured environments with token handling and variable placeholders
