Developer API: Support typing indicator

Business Problem:
Typing indicators on respond.io only trigger when agents type in the Inbox. The Developer API has no endpoint to programmatically show a typing indicator, so custom bots and integrations send messages without any visual cue to the contact.
Desired Outcome:
Add a Developer API endpoint to trigger typing indicators on supported channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok) before sending a message programmatically.
Current Workaround:
None. Typing indicators only work for messages composed in the Inbox.
