Hey Fast Brand: we will be working on some Dialogflow improvements mid of this year, we will likely look into this feature request then.
Can you tell me more about how you are planning to use Mega Agents? Why is one regular agent not enough for your use-case?

Gerardo Salandra: Hi Gerardo, it's mainly to do with how Dialogflow handles fallbacks with advanced forms. For example it will trigger the free form components in the agent whilst filling in forms or working with a specific agent which is an advanced form in itself. So you need to "call" the different agents for them to have that form of intelligence. ie to recall different functions , its either that or you have to train every single possible open intent without input context's training phrases into each and every fallback which is also infinitely big. The workflow builder also offers another layer for forms which is the current solution , but then again the ability to use agents interchangeably is a must, especially if you have come this far with getting it to be in one chat window, we also really need a way to full screen embed the chat widget , contact us pages are getting old . It currently uses a service key the same way regular agents, I can't see why we're limited to one agent
