Currently email channels is 1 to 1 but if the user has any one on cc, we would like the cc to receive a copy of the msg as well. There are many cases where a manager wants to keep track of the support communication with his staff and a support provider.

Great news! It is now possible to copy (CC) and blind copy (BCC) stakeholders within the email.

This is a top priority for many companies. We have many clients who need to have additional people circled on emails, and are weary that is not an option yet…I hope this can be implemented in the future.
