HubSpot: Sync WhatsApp Subscription Preferences

Business Problem:
Currently, there is no way to synchronize WhatsApp subscription (opt-in) statuses from HubSpot to Respond.io. This limitation means Respond.io cannot verify whether a contact has consented to receive WhatsApp promotional messages, which risks violating customer preferences and compliance standards.
Desired Outcome:
Enable Respond.io to retrieve and respect the WhatsApp subscription status stored in a contact’s HubSpot properties. Specifically:
- Read the WhatsApp subscription field (e.g., a custom property like whatsapp_opt_in) for each contact in HubSpot.
- Prevent sending WhatsApp broadcasts or promotional messages to contacts who have not explicitly opted in.
- Allow contact preferences to be managed centrally via the HubSpot subscription preferences center.
Use Cases: A customer updates their messaging preferences in HubSpot's email/communication subscription center.
