Do you have any idea when this will be ready? I'm starting to develop a workaround for this problem using the API/webscraping because it's been two years since I posted this issue, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I handle over 1,000 leads per month, and these people are recurring, so it’s almost impossible to know which messages are unanswered without checking them one by one, which is not only inefficient but also time-consuming and exhausting.

Hi Kim Brink thanks for your enthusiasm! We actually have a separate feature request for marking a conversation as unread that you might find interesting (refer to below link). We haven't looked into that feature yet, but we'll keep you updated on any progress :)

Yes, we use it. Unfortunately due to the high volume of conversations and the messages, some conversations go down the list and they haven't been read yet.
It will be great to have a button (similar to the one that WhatsApp has) that let you filter and focus only on the unread conversations. You could also combine the unread filter with the oldest conversation sorting.

This is crucial, with a great volume of messages it is very hard to keep track of all pending messages to provide a quick response level.
