Business Problem:
Currently, the popup for sending a WhatsApp template in the Inbox can't be moved. It covers the conversation, so agents can't see the details they need while they fill in the template.
Desired Outcome:
Agents would like to drag the popup to another part of the screen, so they can read the conversation while they fill in the template.
Use Cases:
An agent fills in template variables (name, order number, date) and needs to copy them from earlier messages in the conversation.
Current Workaround:
Close the template popup, copy the details from the conversation, then open the popup again and paste them in.
