Inbox: Support Message Reactions

Business Problem:
When the other party reacts to a message on Respond.io, there is no indication on the user's end. This lack of visibility can lead to misunderstandings, as users may assume the customer did not acknowledge the message.
Desired Outcome:
- Reactions Display: Implement a feature to display reactions to messages within the Respond.io platform.
- Use Case: Ensuring that users can see when a customer reacts to a message, such as a thumbs-up, helps in understanding that the message has been acknowledged and avoids miscommunication.
Current Workaround:
There is no current workaround, leading to potential communication gaps and assumptions that the message was not acknowledged.

React message won't reflect to Respond IO

I understand that when customers react to our messages, it won’t be reflected in Respond.io. However, this is important for our operations.
Sometimes customers confirm their appointments by reacting to our message only. From the customer’s point of view, they believe the appointment has already been confirmed. However, we do not receive any notification of the reaction, which causes communication gaps and operational issues.
As a result, many of our customers become frustrated or upset because of this misunderstanding. Is it possible to develop this feature?

I agree, I think this is a vital feature as otherwise so many conversations don't occur correctly as there is a vital bit of communication not visible. Please add WhatsApp message reactions (e.g. 👍) to be visible in the respond.io Inbox so our product team can understand the use case clearly.
