I agree, this is an important feature. Instagram promotes the use of stories and reels a lot, so there is an important flow of conversations that come along. I hope soon this feature can be developed to avoid being aware of two platforms at the same time.

I was wondering why the messages werent coming through now I know. You all need to upgrade the functionality of this platform to resemble the actual operations or you may start loosing clients.

This is so stupid, we are using respond platfom to mannage all correspondance with clients in one place, which is very good. But in case if client sends me a question replying to my story i can't see his message in respond platform? So how i can know, that i have new message from him.
Is that mean that i need double check direct messages via my phone? so why i need to use respond io platform
