Instagram: Support "Story Replies" Event

Business problem:
Currently, there is no way to track or receive notifications on the platform when contacts reply to Instagram stories. This limits the ability to engage promptly and effectively with users who interact with Instagram stories.
Desired outcome:
- Implement an event notification system that informs users on the platform whenever someone replies to an Instagram story.
- Provide details of the story reply, including the contact’s response and any associated media.
- Enhance engagement by allowing users to respond directly to story replies from the platform.
Use case:
- Marketing teams can quickly follow up on story interactions, fostering better engagement and timely responses.
- Customer service teams can address inquiries or feedback received through story replies more efficiently.

Totally agree. In addition, the lack of this functionality completely affects the customer service process, since it depends on whether the account manager is answering part of the conversations on the respond platform and part on Meta. It loses all meaning.
The Latin American market is moved to Instagram and WhatsApp, I don't understand why they don't prioritize those points that should be easy to solve. It has been there since 2022

It would be very interesting if reel comments appeared in the API, as customers often ask questions in these Reels, at least replicate it as a mention

How do you cancel the service when more than 75% of Instagram usage comes from the story...or through a tag from the florist...the work is damaged due to this update 30 days ago
