Internal Comment: Separate Comment Events from Activities

Currently, the comment events are posted under the Activities section of the Contact Drawer. It will be good if the comment events can be separated from the Activities section and moved to a new tab on the vertical sidebar that is dedicated to the comment only so that the comment will not mix up with other contact events.

It would be key to promote individualization and personalization of messages, thus achieving excellence

I think it's super useful. In this way, the work would be more visual and comfortable, without having to search in another tab.

It's a very useful idea that would greatly facilitate and improve the quality of my work!

Separate section for internal contact feedback
Nuria Causadías
Details:
Currently, internal comments appear within the contact's activity along with other events and actions in the conversation. This makes it difficult to quickly find relevant information, especially when there are multiple flows, automations and updates.
It would be very useful to have an exclusive section or field for internal comments within the contact's profile or conversation. This section should allow you to consult and add internal notes in a centralized way, without them being mixed with the rest of the activity.
The objective is to be able to keep all important information about the customer close and organized, such as background, agreements, instructions, follow-ups and notes from other agents, without losing it between the events of the flows or the history of the conversation.
Request:
Add a fixed section called “Internal Comments” to the contact's profile or conversation, where agents can write and consult all internal notes related to that customer. This section should be visible only to users of the workspace and kept separate from other events and activities.
Benefits:
- Facilitate access to important customer information.
- Prevent notes from being lost between conversation flows and events.
- Improve collaboration between agents and shift changes.
- Maintain a clearer and more organized internal customer history.

great idea, comments should have its own "Tab" or Section as its the most commonly used function too.
