Hi, i am not receiving any notifications on my mobile upon receiving a new message on the Respond chat app from customers. How can i solve this? I've tried everything in my android settings, but nothing seems to work. Thank you

We just submitted the application for both the Android and iOS store, both app will be available to all our users as soon as Google/Apple approves them (usually takes 10-14 days). We will be posting any updates in this thread :)

also, if the mobile apps will be available for resellers, so the mobile app name and look and feel will be whitelabeled
