Business problem:
Currently, Respond.io automatically creates default inboxes for primary lifecycle stages, enabling users to efficiently manage and engage with contacts in these key stages. However, no default inboxes are created for Lost stages, which can make it difficult for teams to focus on re-engaging or “winning back” lost customers.
  • No Default Inboxes for Lost Stages:
    While Lost stages exist within Lifecycle features, they are not included in the default inbox creation process.

At the same time, they have the flexibility to rename, hide, or remove these Lost-stage inboxes if they prefer a leaner workflow, ensuring minimal inbox clutter while still offering the benefits of focused re-engagement.
