Lifecycle: Agent logs/Filter by agent

Business Problem:
Currently, there is no native way to measure and filter agent performance based on contact progress through lifecycle stages (e.g., New Lead, Hot Lead, Customer). This makes it difficult to track which agents are effectively converting contacts at each stage and identify areas for improvement or coaching.
Desired Outcome:
Enable filters or segmentation or logs within the reporting module that allow businesses to view agent performance by lifecycle stage. For example, being able to see how many conversions to "Customer" each agent contributed, or how they performed in managing "Hot Leads."
