Lifecycle: Agent Performance Comparison by Lifecycle Stage

Business Problem
Businesses often rely on multiple sales agents to move contacts through lifecycle stages (e.g. New Lead → Hot Lead → Customer). However, there is currently no native way to compare agent performance based on lifecycle progression or to filter and analyze conversions by agent and stage.
Without this visibility:
- Business owners cannot identify which agents consistently achieve the highest conversion rates.
- High-performing agents’ tactics cannot be easily studied or replicated.
- Underperforming agents are harder to identify, limiting targeted coaching and improvement.
- Managers lack clarity on how agents contribute at different lifecycle stages (e.g. handling Hot Leads vs closing Customers).
Desired Outcome
Enable lifecycle-based reporting that allows businesses to measure, filter, and compare agent performance across lifecycle stages.
This includes:
- Viewing how many contacts each agent moves into key stages (e.g. Hot Lead, Customer).
- Comparing conversion rates between agents at each lifecycle stage.
- Filtering or segmenting reports/logs by agent and lifecycle stage.
- Identifying top- and bottom-performing agents for coaching, optimization, and process improvement.

Businesses often have several sales people converting leads. Knowing which sales person has the best conversion rates allows business owners to learn the tactics of the best sales people. Knowing the sales person with the worst conversion metrics allows business owners to help those sales people to improve.
